1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Items Eligible for Return
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and lingerie (if hygiene seals are removed)
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products, downloadable software, or gift cards
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
2. Return Process
2.1 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery at info@easyecommercehub.com or through your account dashboard to request a Return Authorization number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Include the RA number and original invoice copy inside the package.
- Ship the package to our return address provided with your RA number.
2.2 Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty/wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Timeline
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account
3.2 Refund Amount
- Full refund: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items received
- Partial refund: For items returned in used or damaged condition (at our discretion)
- No refund: For items returned after 30 days or without proper authorization
3.3 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement immediately or process a full refund at your preference.
5. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
