1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Items Eligible for Return

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and lingerie (if hygiene seals are removed)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products, downloadable software, or gift cards
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

2. Return Process

2.1 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery at info@easyecommercehub.com or through your account dashboard to request a Return Authorization number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
  3. Include the RA number and original invoice copy inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to our return address provided with your RA number.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account

3.2 Refund Amount

  • Full refund: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items received
  • Partial refund: For items returned in used or damaged condition (at our discretion)
  • No refund: For items returned after 30 days or without proper authorization

3.3 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement immediately or process a full refund at your preference.

5. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
